There was a dance floor upstairs for all the youth, and then a dance floor for the adults, which quickly became the family dance floor...
We really had such an enjoyable evening. They also had basketball courts, volleyball nets set up, raquet ball available, and every other indoor sport. It had it all! We left the YMCA at about 11:30 and headed straight to our friend's house to try out their new Wii. It was the perfect way to end the night, which lasted until after 1:00am, and everyone stayed awake, except for Ethan who crashed the second he sat in his carseat at 11:30. The following morning I woke up at 9:30am and EVERYONE was still asleep. Thank goodness. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

What a great idea! They cancelled our stake youth and YSA dances because it was FHE! Did any members of the stake presidency have anything to do with this great idea? Well, at least they approved it!
You guys really know how to PARTY!! No wonder Em is in more of your pictures than in mine. What a FUN night!
So sad to have missed it... Though I'm not much of a partier lately. I do pretty well until about 10:30, and then I'm out! :)
awww, I want to go to a family dance! I'd love to see Jason dancing with my girls! he and I only get to dance together at wedding receptions and the kids are never with us. that looks really fun, especially with cousins/aunts & uncles around too!
Brady would have for sure been OUT the second we got in the car...that's a late night for a 3 year old! you guys really DO know how to party! bring some of that energy to girls weekend, k??
Wow! It really was the one stop party place, wasn't it? The kids dancing with the kids is so much fun! You all look so CUTE and happy, and I love how you and Don look like you're really getting into the groove with your children. The kids just LOVE that, don't they?! Happy New Year!!!!!
